About the position

The core of the role is to coordinate bookings of our transport and machinery resources to customers and assignments.

 This means that:

• Operate and indirectly manage construction and crane trucks, machinery, and asphalt transports.

• Coordinate larger transports involving multiple carriers.

• Tax and invoice and manage settlements in the management system Mobilast. (standard system used for booking, planning, invoicing.)

• Handle order reception for containers and waste, directing transport.

• Be part of the entire customer service and place orders in Mobilast.

• Provide individual prices and simpler quotes.

• Support and be able to lead other branches during absence and vacation of regular staff.

• Collaborate with external waste facilities and quarries.

The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, and ongoing.

Probationary employment applies.

Start date by agreement but no later than 1/3 – 2026.

Location is Helsingborg.

We are looking for someone who has previously worked as a transport coordinator, but if you have other experience where you have managed bookings, coordinated and allocated resources, prepared invoice documentation, etc., you are welcome to apply.

You have very good computer skills and appreciate working digitally on computers, tablets, and phones. It is an advantage if you have previously worked in the Mobilast management system.

It is important that you communicate clearly and understandably, find solutions, and dare to make decisions.
